Courier Partners

We partner with trusted logistics providers to ensure your sleepwear arrives safely, including GIG Logistics, DHL, FedEx, and certified local dispatch services.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking code via email or WhatsApp to monitor your package every step of the way.

Shipping Insurance

High-value orders and luxury collections are fully insurable for 5–10% of the total product value upon request during checkout.

Returns and Exchanges

Eligibility & Condition

Returns and exchanges are accepted only for unopened, unworn, and unused items in their original packaging.
Hygiene Policy: For strict hygiene and quality reasons, opened, worn, or unboxed sleepwear and intimates cannot be returned.
Condition Requirements: Items must be returned in pristine, resalable condition with all original tags, hygienic liners, and packaging completely intact.
Timeframe: All return or exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds & Store Credit

Approved refunds are issued strictly as Store Credit only, which can be applied to future purchases.
Direct cash, bank transfers, or payment gateway reversals are not available at this time.

Return Shipping Costs

We strive to make the exchange process as seamless as possible. Off2bed covers the cost of return shipping for all eligible returns or exchange requests within the 7-day window.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly provide a replacement. The turnaround time for replacements will depend on standard processing and delivery durations for your location.

Bespoke & Custom Orders

All custom, bespoke, or special procurement orders are Final Sale. For these pieces, delivery timelines range from 14–30 working days. They are sourced or crafted specifically for you and are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
